Behavioural economics is now employed to understand how decisions are made in organisations, especially at the executive level. Former British Prime Minister David Cameron, former US President Barack Obama and now Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull have all employed behavioural economics to improve decision-making in their administrations. This workshop will help you acquire a better understanding of how your staff and clients make decisions and it will improve your decision making.

Facilitated by two leading Economics Professors, Dr David Butler from Murdoch University and Dr Uwe Dulleck from Queensland University of Technology.
