flyer for the launching lifeblood microbiome event

Faecal microbiota transplants to empower Australian research.

Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, formerly the Australian Red Cross Blood Service, is launching an exciting new pilot program in 2020 to supply stool aliquots to Fiona Stanley Hospital for faecal microbiota transplants (FMT) and for the Australian research community.

Learn about the program and join a workshop to identify potential research projects exploring FMT as an effective treatment for novel indications.

There will be a 30 minute presentation followed by a 30 minuted interactive Research Potential Workshop. Drinks, nibbles and networking will follow.

This event is free but RSVPs are essential. Please RSVP to WAHTN by 4pm, Friday December 6.
