Michael Rosenberg is an Associate Professor in the School of Sport Science, Exercise and Health and Director of the Health Promotion Evaluation Unit (HPEU) at the University of Western Australia. His primary research interest is health promotion evaluation, and he has acted as an expert consultant to the World Health Organisation, the National Heart Foundation, Health Department of WA, Medicare Locals, and several other not-for-profit organisations.

Michael received funding from the Neurotrauma Research Program in 2015/16 to investigate the effect of music therapy on motor performance and brain function in people with traumatic brain injury. Using a novel mobile phone app and wearable sensors, music therapy can be delivered to patients with real-time bio-feedback.
