WAHTN Clinical Trials Forum

This forum is an opportunity for sharing knowledge, experience, advice, and ideas, in relation to current proposals for clinical trials, with a wide range of researchers from WA. The forum will occur monthly and will generally involve presentation and discussion of two clinical trial proposals.  Proposals are welcome from both experienced and less experienced investigators.

We have the following speakers for this forum:

Stephen Macdonald who will be discussing the REFRESH trial: a multi-centre pilot clinical trial comparing two approaches to fluid volume in resuscitation in sepsis in the Emergency Department.

Liz Davis and Grant Smith will be talking about Interventions in Type 1 Diabetes management in children

Light refreshments will be served.

Parking:
have onsite parking in either the visitor car park or the staff car park (boom gates will be open for this event – both entrance on Hamilton Street). Ticketed parking available along Roberts Road and Hamilton St
